In most cases, no. We work from ladders and mobile towers for standard two-storey properties. For three-storey buildings or difficult access we may arrange scaffold, but we'll confirm this at the quoting stage.

A typical three-bedroom semi takes one to two days depending on the amount of roofline to cover. Larger or detached properties may take a little longer.
Minor chalking is removed during our preparation process. If boards are cracked, warped, or structurally damaged, we'll advise replacement of those sections before spraying. We can work alongside your installer if needed.
